Through boxing, kickboxing and fitness, we aim to provide every member with the opportunity to access their resiliency, achieve their fitness goals and spark a long-lasting change. Our motto of Training like a Fighter is a mindset that carries into all aspects of life. 1MR looks to cultivate a motivational and supportive community that empowers its individuals through martial arts and striking techniques, regardless of fitness level, body type and skill. We are about pushing each to their own limit, by going One More Round.
