Mama Fay's Kitchen, Many years ago when I had a word processing business, I started baking Banana Bread mini loaves as Christmas gifts to my clients and friends. As the years went by I gave up my business and went to work for a law firm. There I continued to bake Banana Bread for my co-workers. Eventually I added Bread Pudding. All this continued over a 30-year span. While working I would sometimes sell to little stores in the neighborhood. It was too tiring, so I stopped. I kept baking because it seems my bread was a little different from the other banana breads. It was more moist and quite popular.
