Dr. Phan graduated from Temple University, School of Dentistry in 1998 and has had a successful practice in Murrieta ever since. After graduating, he completed numerous post-doctorate hours of clinical training using the most current techniques in cosmetic, implant, and general dentistry. With an unyielding quest for more knowledge, he is dedicated to staying on top of the latest techniques and resources to provide the absolute best care for his patients. At TLC Dental, he offers a full complement of dental services, including preventive care, pediatric dentistry, root canals, wisdom tooth extractions, and much more.
Dr. Phan is well-known for his commitment to quality aesthetic and general dentistry. He is a respected member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). He was inducted as a Fellow into the Academy of General Dentistry, a prestigious award representing a serious commitment to continuing dental education and a well-rounded practice.
Through the ADA, Dr. Phan volunteers his time to “Give Kids A Smile” (GKAS), a program that provides chair-side education, preventative and restorative care to low-income children who do not have access to any dental care. Dr. Phan is a volunteer for the AACD Charitable Foundation’s “Give Back A Smile” (GBAS) program, which helps heal the effects of domestic violence by providing free consultation and dental treatment to restore the smiles and the lives of survivors of domes
