At Mind Above Matter, we specialize in delivering extensive outpatient mental health services aimed at proactively addressing community challenges. Our interventions equip adults and adolescents with strategies to transform negative thought patterns and behaviors, fostering enhanced psychological well-being.

At our brick-and-mortar locations, and through partnerships with local ISD's, we offer:

- Free mental health assessments
- Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP)
- Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP)
- Medication management
- Individual and family therapy sessions
- School component for adolescents
