A love of wine and hospitality in equal measure: Varinder and Anita, owners of Copia Vineyards and Winery, produce elegant Rhône and Bordeaux varietal wines. He from an engineering background and she from the world of fine dining restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine from the ground up, one small lot at a time. Copia Vineyards and Winery, Adelaida Estate offers a lux oasis for you to enjoy a signature wine flight with the option to pair a curated collection of artisanal culinary bites. The 60-90 minute in-depth experience takes place in our modern Adelaida Estate Tasting Room and Outdoor Patio (weather permitting). Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for culinary offerings.
